Feel free to skip this patch, if your download volume is restricted. It is also very likely, that this patch will not work on Windows XP, but I am currently not able to test it. Regarding downloading bulkdata: It might be necessary to delete the cache of the client once, if the client is downloading bulkdata each time. We reverted this client and everything should work again. For those who patched to the broken version: Kill all EVE processes through the task manager and then start the launcher again.
